TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms apply to all ticket purchases for Soul & Fire featuring Chinmayi Sripada and Andrea Jeremiah (“the Event”) on July 4, 2026 at Canada Event Centre, Whitby, Ontario, presented by The Happy Nomads Entertainment Company (“The Happy Nomads,” “we,” or “us”). These terms apply alongside Kilikood.ca’s platform terms and conditions.

1. TICKET SALES ARE FINAL
   All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be permitted unless the Event is officially cancelled by The Happy Nomads.
2. CHILDREN & FAMILY ADMISSION
   This is an all-ages, family-friendly event. Children 5 years and under do not require a ticket but must be accompanied by a ticketed adult at all times during the Event.
3. AUTHORIZED TICKET SOURCES
   Tickets for this Event are sold through two authorized sources only: Kilikood.ca and thehappynomads.ca. The Happy Nomads accepts no responsibility for tickets purchased through any other channel, including social media pages, WhatsApp or Telegram groups, third-party resellers, or private individuals. Tickets obtained outside of authorized sources may be invalid and entry will be refused without compensation.
4. FRAUD & SCAM AWARENESS
   The Happy Nomads will never request payment via e-transfer, cash, or cryptocurrency for ticket purchases. We will never solicit ticket sales through personal WhatsApp messages, Telegram DMs, or unofficial social media accounts. Any such offer is fraudulent and should be reported to us at hello@thehappynomads.ca and to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre at antifraudcentre.ca. The Happy Nomads is not liable for any financial loss resulting from unauthorized transactions.
5. DUPLICATE TICKETS
   Each ticket contains a unique barcode valid for a single entry only. The first scan at the venue will grant entry. Any duplicate of the same ticket presented afterward will be void, and entry will be refused without refund. The Happy Nomads is not responsible for tickets that have been shared, screenshotted, or forwarded by the original purchaser.
6. ENTRY & DOORS
   Doors open at 4:30 PM. The Event runs from 6:00 PM to approximately 9:30 PM. We strongly recommend arriving early to secure your preferred seating, as seating within each ticket category is on a first-come, first-served basis, except for Gold, VIP, and VVIP Tickets. Late arrivals are not guaranteed entry to an ongoing performance and will not be entitled to a refund.
7. SEATING
   The Event features tiered seating categories. Early Bird ticket holders for Gold, VIP, and VVIP will receive priority seating within their designated section. All other ticket holders will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis within their respective ticket category.
8. EVENT CANCELLATION
   In the event of a full cancellation by The Happy Nomads, you will receive a full refund of the face value of your ticket to your original payment method within 10–15 business days. Stripe fees charged will not be refunded by kilikood.ca
9. POSTPONEMENT & RESCHEDULING
   If the Event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, please contact hello@thehappynomads.ca within 7 days of the announcement to discuss your options.
10. ARTIST & PROGRAM CHANGES
    The advertised lineup, set times, and program are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances. Changes to the supporting program do not constitute grounds for a refund. Significant changes will be communicated via thehappynomads.ca and by email.
11. EVENT POLICIES
    The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or unsafe.
    Outside food, drinks, and professional recording equipment are not permitted.
    Photography and videography may be restricted in certain areas or segments of the show.
    Personal mobile phone photography is permitted for personal, non-commercial use only.
12. CHARGEBACKS
    If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting us at hello@thehappynomads.ca, your ticket(s) will be considered void and entry will be refused. The Happy Nomads reserves the right to contest chargebacks that are determined to be unjustified.
13. LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS
    The Happy Nomads and Kilikood.ca are not responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen, or compromised after purchase. Please contact Kilikood.ca support and hello@thehappynomads.ca as early as possible if you believe your ticket has been compromised.
14. CONSENT FOR MEDIA
    By attending the Event, you consent to photography, video, and audio recording that may be used for promotional purposes by The Happy Nomads Entertainment Company.
15. LIABILITY
    Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the Event. The Happy Nomads is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, injury, or other incidents beyond its reasonable control. Our total liability shall not exceed the face value of tickets purchased.
16. FORCE MAJEURE
    The Happy Nomads shall not be liable for cancellations or modifications caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, government directives, public health emergencies, venue closures, or acts of God.
17. ACCESSIBILITY
    If you require accessibility accommodations, please contact us at hello@thehappynomads.ca at least 7 days before the Event so we can coordinate with Canada Event Centre on your behalf.
18. GOVERNING LAW
    These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

By completing your ticket purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Kilikood.ca platform terms.

📜Kilikood Terms and Conditions:

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or modifications will be permitted under any circumstances unless otherwise authorized by the Event Organizers
• Kilikood.ca acts solely as the ticketing platform facilitating ticket sales on behalf of the Event Organizer. Kilikood is not the organizer, sponsor, promoter, or owner of the event.
• All matters relating to the event—including scheduling, cancellation, postponement, refunds, and communications—are the sole responsibility of the Event Organizer.
• By purchasing a ticket through Kilikood.ca, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions and releases Kilikood from all claims related to the event.
